The small venture was established to cater for the demands in managing property that was rented to tenants while keeping track of all operations taking part in the business. The business can be operated by anyone who wishes to invest their property in the rental market and generate an income. No income comes without a cost and rental property mangement is no exception. Property Lease Manager would then be developed first as a mobile app for Android to facilitate and handle all operations pertaining to the rental property business for any kind of landlord.
The idea behind the project was stemmed from the very same developer of Property Lease Manager who is also a landlord himself - Victor John Saliba. Victor is a senior ICT lecturer at MCAST Gozo for over 11 years teaching software development and software engineering units. The property rental management is no easy business and Victor, having full stack development and all-round experience of over 10 years, worked round the clock, to employ the technologies offered by modern smartphones to create a solution for landlords alike to facilitate their day-to-day rental property operations.
