Property Lease Manager: Web Platform is still undergoing a trial run as part of the Beta programme. This allows our premium Android subscribers to try out the entire platform for a number of days for free.
At the moment, the beta trial programme is only available to owners of the Android app. If you would like to benefit from the programme, you should first download Property Lease Manager from Google Play and follow the instructions on the app to activate the Web-Platform.
Definitely not. During the Beta programme, the Web-Platform is available to all of those who have access to the Property Lease Manager app, even on who use it on a freemium plan. Once the beta trial programme runs out, the Web-Platform can be used by anyone according to the plan they choose (including the FREE plan).
If you have Property Lease Manager, then you can enrol into the Web-Platform by activating your account from the app. On the app, from the main screen, swipe open the side menu and scroll down to and tap on Web Platform. Proceed with the on-screen instructions to activate your account on the Web Platform.
Users enrolled in the beta trial shall enjoy using the platform in its entirety for free. Once the beta trial period runs out, a grace period of 28 days commences until the user decides to whether upgrade to a premium plan or keep using the Web Platform for free, but with limited features.
The pricing plans will be announced once the beta trial period runs out.
Anonymous usage data may be collected to ensure that the platform is operating properly.
The beta trial is bound by the Property Lease Manager Free license.
